The UW-Whitewater women's tennis team is ranked 19th in the nation according to the latest national poll released by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association on March 16th. Amherst is ranked first in the poll, and UW-Whitewater is the only Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference school ranked.

Additionally, UW-Whitewater is ranked sixth in the central region with Kalla Schaefer (Madison/Madison Memorial) ranked 14th in singles and Schaefer along with Michelle Daciolas (Roselle, IL/Lake Park) 15th in doubles play.

UW-W's next competition will be the Midwest Invitational at Nielsen Tennis Stadium in Madison, WI. Competition will take place on Friday April 2nd - Saturday April 3rd.
