Twelve of the first sixteen points in the first set were scored off of errors. The Warhawks were able to build some momentum and take the set 25-19.

UW-W trailed in the second set 14-17 when Whitewater used their first timeout to halt Lakeland's momentum. The Warhawks put it together out of the timeout and took the lead 20-19. The Muskies couldn't damper the Warhawk momentum as Whitewater went on to win set two 25-22.

UW-W hitters were too much for Lakeland in the third set as Whitewater rolled to an easy win 25-12.
