The UW-Whitewater women's volleyball team is currently ranked eighth in the
American Volleyball Coaches Association Division III poll, moving two spots from last week's tenth place ranking.
Last week the Warhawks traveled to UW-Stevens Point on Wednesday, October 14 and beat the Pointers 3-0. On Friday, October 16 for Senior/Parents Night, the Warhawks hosted #17 UW-Eau Claire, beating the Blugolds 3-0. On Saturday, October 17, UW-W hosted UW-Superior and defeated the Yellowjackets 3-0.
On Friday and Saturday, UW-W will host the UW-Whitewater Invitational III starting at 3:00 pm at the Volleyball Arena in the Williams Center. The Warhawks will face St. Norbert College Friday at 3:00 pm, UW-Oshkosh at 7:00 pm, Central College on Saturday at 10:00 am and Coe College at 2:00 pm.
