Coach USA charter bus will leave at 10:00 pm Thursday, March 20, 2014 and will get you to Salem, VA at 2:00 pm Friday. You will be able to join up with fellow Warhawks at the pre-game celebration in the Salem Convention Center (more information to come) starting at 4:00 pm. This bus will not leave Salem, VA until Saturday. If UW-W wins Saturday, the bus will depart one hour after the championship game. If the Warhawks lose Friday, the bus will depart the hotel at 9:00 am Saturday morning.

The bus will depart from Lot 1 (Center of the Arts) on Thursday at 10:00 pm sharp. Fans may begin loading at 9:30 pm.

Cost of Trip: $125 for students, $135 for non-UW-W students
Deadline for Reservation: 4:00 pm Thursday, March 20 (unless seats are sold out; limited number of seats available)

Fans traveling via fan bus are responsible for purchasing game tickets. Advance tickets can be purchased for both Friday and Saturday only. Prices are $12:50 for students and $25 for adults and can be purchased from the UW-Whitewater Ticket Office at 262-472-2222. Single session tickets may be purchased at the door in Salem only.

UW-Whitewater is NOT responsible for any weather-related concerns that may cancel this trip.

This trip DOES NOT include room accommodations or game tickets! Salem has reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Valley View, Roanoke, VA under UW-Whitewater. The rate will be $109 per night Thursday, Friday and Saturday for double/double rooms or king rooms with a pull out sofa and will include breakfast. Please call Vicki Daulton at 540-362-9390 to make your reservations. The UW-Whitewater fan bus will only be dropping off/picking up from teh Holiday Inn Roanoke Valley View and only be used for transportation to/from UW-W NCAA games. 

Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on the fan bus. All additional amenities including drinks, food, room reservations, game tickets, etc. are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
