The fifth annual UW-Whitewater women's basketball golf outing is set for October 19, 2013.  Whitewater Country Club will host the event for the fifth consecutive year.

Anyone can sign up (individuals, and groups of 2-4) no matter the skill level, and we will pair people together if necessary to create foursomes.  The cost for nine holes of golf, one seat on a golf cart and lunch will be $50.  If you're not interested in golfing but would still like to come for the fellowship, lunch will cost you just ten dollars.

The entry deadline is October 1 and you can email Amy Zelinger at zelingea@uww.edu or print this form and mail it to the address provided on the form.
