Please review the important information and dates below. All new players, transfers, and returnees are required to complete the following in order to tryout.
1. Attend Baseball Meeting on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at Miller Stadium. All new players, transfers, and returnees are required to attend (See report time below).Please have a copy of your schedule to be turned in!
3:00 PM - Transfers/Greyshirts
4:00 PM - Returnees (Players who traveled this past season).
5:00 PM - All new recruits and walk ons.
2. Attend Eligibility Meeting on Friday, September 3 @ 5:30 PM (Student Athletic Complex-lower level).
3. Complete necessary Medical documentation:
· Medical History Questionnaire
· Medical Insurance Form
· Copy of front & back of current medical insurance card
· Physical Form (new players only)
These forms should be completed and turned in at the Baseball Eligibility meeting on September 3, 2010. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
