Two UW-Whitewater soccer team players, Becky Cera (Wauwatosa/Wauwatosa West) and Emily Gerber (DeForest/DeForest) were named to the NCAA Division III Women's All-North Region Team selected by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Cera, a senior midfielder from Wauwatosa, earned second team honors for the All-Region team. She holds the record for most assists in a season of 10 and also the record for career assists of 28.
Gerber, a sophomore forward/midfielder from DeForest, earned first team honors for the All-Region team. She holds the record for most goals in a season of 24 and also the record for most points in a season of 49.

Cera and Gerber helped the team to an 11-8-1 season advancing to the WIAC Semifinals.

The two also earned WIAC All-conference honors and Gerber was named Player of the Year.
