UW-Whitewater Senior guard Kelsey Hendrickson (Monroe/Monroe) was named UWW Women's Basketball player of the week for her performances against UW-Eau Claire and UW-Oshkosh this past week. Against UW-Eau Claire, Hendrickson lead UWW with 15 points and six rebounds, also dishing out a game high six assists. She also went 7-8 from the line. Versus UW-Oshkosh Hendrickson finished with 23 points, going 4-7 from the three-point land and hitting 5-6 from the free throw line. Total for the week Hendrickson scored 38 points, went 10-28 from the field, 6-16 from three, and hit 12-14 from the free throw line.

UW-W is ranked sixteenth in the D3hoops.com poll with records of  12-4 overall and 5-2 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. UW-Whitewater will host UW-Platteville Wednesday at 7:00 in Kachel Gym in Williams Center.
