Even though the three team meet was scored as a double dual UW-W had three performances that were the best in the water Saturday.  Bill Stenavich recorded the best time in the 100 freestyle (49.88) and 200 freestyle (1:48.51).  Kyle Stoermer added another "first" with his 10:27.54 in the 1000 freestyle.

Jake Christensen's 2:03.38 in the 200 backstroke was the second best time of the day, and UW-W's 400 freestyle relay was second overall in 3:20.92.  That quartet included Landon Joiner, Marcus Genrich, Stoermer and Stenavich.

UW-Whitewater will compete in the Stevens Point Invitational Friday-Saturday, January 22-23, with the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship at the University of Minnesota just a month away.
