Luke Mangognia (Hoffman Estates, IL/Palatine) and Matt Gehn (Oregon/Oregon) were named offensive and defensive Player of the Week.

Luke Mangognia (Hoffman Estates, IL/Palatine), a senior midfielder from Palatine IL, scored the opening goal  from his central midfield position to put the Warhawks up 1-0 on Central region power University of Chicago. He was instrumental in organizing great possession and attacking play throughout the match as the Warhawks went on to post a 2-1 victory.

Matt Gehn (Oregon/Oregon), a  senior midfeilder  from Oregon, coming back from a four week lay-off from injury, was very strong defensively in the midfield. He won almost every 50/50 ball and frustrated Chicago's attack as the Warhawks posted a very well deserved road win over a very good University of Chicago team.
