Warhawks Hold Steady at No. 2 in National Polls

The UW-Whitewater Warhawks retain the number two national ranking in theD3football.com and American Football Coaches Association Division III polls.

The Warhawks defended their ranking October 17  with a 38-3 road victory over UW-Stout. The win moved the ‘Hawks to 6-0 overall and 3-0 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. 
While UW-Whitewater is the only conference school in the top 25, UW-La Crosse and UW-Stevens Point also received votes.  Both schools are scheduled to host the Warhawks late in the regular season.
The Warhawks' next game is Saturday October, 24 at Perkins Stadium in a Homecoming and Hall of Fame game  against UW-River Falls.
