Barbara A. Toson, a 1969 graduate, won 11 letters in four sports at UW-Whitewater. Toson lettered three times each in volleyball, basketball and softball, while picking up another two letters in tennis. She was co-captain of both the volleyball and basketball squads as a senior, while playing on undefeated teams in both basketball and softball. Toson, who has worked in the cemetery and interment business in Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa for the past 21 years, is a member of the Unites States Tennis Association since 1978, while also being a member of the Lake Country 4.0 Women's Tennis Team since 1983. Toson is also active in community service, as she is active in both the church and various community organizations.
